Washington state Congressman Denny Heck and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin continue in exchange at a House Financial Services Committee hearing over the economy and decreased business investment and capital equipment promised as a consequence of the tax cuts and jobs act that would flower, needed for increased productivity and real wage increases, Mnuchin answering the US was the only economy in the world with continued growth, not coincidental, Mnuchin asking to respond over screaming at him, Heck saying if he were screaming he would know it, Mnuchin answering the numbers were partially impacted by Boeing, labor strikes and a significant slowdown in global growth.
