SOUTH AFRICA / POLITICS: Nelson Mandela alleges election sabotage; SOUTH AFRICA: Johannesburg: CMS Nelson Mandela (ANC Pres) intvwd SOT -Massive sabotage of distribution of ballot papers /some ballot papers were discovered in some townships/ I am confident we will be able to resolve this matter/ matter is under investigation at the moment and we cannot at the moment attribute blame for the problem/ we ensure that we will have free and fair election/ in govt we would like to include all political parties/ a party with over 5% of the votes will be included in a govt of national unity/ we will lift the state of national emergency and introduce free political action/ political exiles will be returned and political prisoners freed/ rank and file people of S Africa with the support of international community have brought about the end of apartheid and the individual is subservient to the wishes of the rank and file/ people who committed crimes in name of apartheid before 8.10.90 should detail their crimes/ no indemnity will be offered to people who have committed offences since Oct 1990/ civil servants must be free to serve the new govt and must not be distracted from that purpose/ we must all work together and close wounds/ I never thought I would be President/ ANC had a very capable leadership while I was in prison and the team is more important than the individual
