Mississippi River Locks and Dams - 4K stock video
US Lock and Dam No. 12 along the Upper Mississippi River in Bellevue, Iowa is featured in this drone video. The locks and dam first opened in 1939.
The locks are along the Iowa shoreline. Illinois rests on the other side of the river.
The main lock is 110 feet wide and 600 feet long. In 2004, the facility was listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
