NYC: Harvey Weinstein Sentenced to 23 Years in Prison
NEW YORK, NY – MARCH 11, 2020: Harvey Weinstein lawyer Donna Rotunno and legal collaborator Damon Cheronis speak to media after the sentencing of Harvey Weinstein. Film producer Harvey Weinstein has been sentenced to 23 years in prison for rape and sexual assault by New York State Supreme Court Justice James Burke. Weinstein received a 20-year term for committing a criminal sex act against Mimi Haley, a former production assistant, and a three-year term for raping Jessica Mann, an aspiring actress. Press conference held after sentencing at the New York City Criminal Court at 100 Centre Street.
