How to make hot cross bun porridge
1. Add the oats and milk to a small saucepan
2. Chop the apple into small chunks, discarding the core.
3. Add the apple chunks to the pan along with the dried fruit, mixed spice and coconut sugar
4. Take the orange and zest the peel into the pan using a zester or grater
5. Give the mix a good stir and bring to the boil
6. Then simmer for 5 minutes or until you’ve reached your desired consistency.
7. Pour the porridge into a serving bowl and place cross stencil on top.
8. Sieve a generous coating of cinnamon over the porridge and remove the stencil
