Businessman and German Officials at Cornerstone Laying Ceremony of Berlin Academy of Arts

(Original Caption) Willy Henneberg (center) president of the West German Parliament, lays the cornerstone here, Aug.29th, as construction starts on a new building for the Berlin "Academy of Arts". American industrialist Henry H.Reichhold (second from right), of White Plains, N.Y., a native Berliner who emigrated to the U.s. 30 years ago, donated $1,000,000 for the new building.
