MEXICO-QUAKE-ANNIVERSARY-6MONTHS
This aerial picture taken on March 18, 2018, shows the empty space where a building stood at Alvaro Obregon Avenue in Mexico City's Condesa neighbourhood but collapsed during a September 19, 2017 earthquake.
March 19, 2018 marks six months of a devastating quake. Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto recently said that the two deadly earthquakes in September 2017 partially or totally damaged 184,000 homes, while 14,000 businesses and 16,000 schools were also affected. Reconstruction in central and southern Mexico following the quakes that killed a combined 465 people will require a $2.5 billion investment. / AFP PHOTO / Miguel TOVAR (Photo credit should read MIGUEL TOVAR/AFP via Getty Images)
