SINTRA, PORTUGAL - MARCH 02: Staffers collect tiles to be put into ovens at the Tile and Pottery factory Viúva Lamego on March 02, 2020 in Sintra, Portugal. Viúva Lamego is a Portuguese company, mainly dedicated to the manufacture and manual painting of tiles. Founded in 1849 in Lisbon as the pottery workshop of António Costa Lamego, the factory moved in the 1930s to Palma de Baixo, and again in 1992, to Sintra, its present location. One of the pillars of Viúva Lamego has been its collaboration with plastic artists who value the creative potential in tiles. (Photo by Horacio Villalobos#Corbis/Corbis via Getty Images)
