12 March 2018, Germany, Schwerin: An approximately 100 tons heavy special excavator tears down a ten-storey residential building. The Schwerin housing company (WGS) tears down alltogether three prefabricated buildings with 855 apartments in the district of Lankow. The ten-storey buildings from the 1960s are to disappear until summer. Around 21.000 tons of concrete rubble are being expected per building.
