Egyptian Culture Minister Faruq Hosni presents a life-achievement award to Egypt's veteran actoress Lubna Abdel Aziz at the 29th edition of the Cairo international film festival which opened late 29 November 2005 in the Egyptian capital with a range of movies from across the world competing for the Golden Pyramid. Some 25 films from China, the guest of honour, will be showing at the festival, which was to kick off with Zhang Yimou's spectacular and lavishly-praised martial arts epic "House of Flying Daggers".
