Houston Chronicle
Ann Morton's project was sponsored by the Chronicle and involves thousands of comments collected from readers - from a prompt that ran in the paper, asking them to describe "What happened today?" Morton was photographed Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015, in Houston
The installation has two elements:
She's made something - akin to a tapestry or a rug, I'm not sure how she's decided to display it - that contains the thousands of sent-in notes.
Community groups also made a shaggy "hooked" object from shredded newspapers.
