09 August 2011 Former chief geologist for Bre-X minerals, John Felderhof, expected to take the stand Tuesday at his lawyer, Joseph Groia's disciplinary hearing at the Law Society. Felderhof was the only person to ever have been charged in connection to the shocking gold mine swindle, and Groia got him off in 2007.
